Requirements

*At least 5 years of progressive experience in a hotel or a related field; or a 4-year college degree and minimum of 1 year of hotel or related supervisory experience; or minimum of a 2-year college degree and 2 or more years of related experience Supervisory experience required Cash handling, accounting procedures, and general administrative tasks experience required.

*Must be able to read, speak, write, and understand the primary language used in the workplace. Must be able to speak and understand the primary language used by the guests who visit the hotel.
*Must be proficient in Windows, Company approved spreadsheets, and word processing.
*Must have a valid driver’s license from the applicable state.

Job description

We are seeking an experienced hotel Front Office Manager with a strong background in guest service and front office management of a large full-service hotel to join our exceptional team.

The Front Office Manager will supervise and coordinate all front office activities of the hotel in order to ensure the highest standards of guest satisfaction, reservations, room assignment activities and to resolve problems arising from guests’ complaints
