*High School diploma or equivalent
*Minimum of one year of hotel front desk supervisory experience
*Previous experience handling cash
*Previous experience and knowledge of accounting procedures and general administrative tasks.
*Computer experience preferred

We are seeking passionate and dynamic individuals with a strong background in customer service to join our exceptional Front Office team. The Night Auditor’s responsibilities include but are not limited to checking the front office accounting records for accuracy and summarizing and compiling information for the hotel's financial records on a daily basis. The night auditor tracks room revenue, occupancy percentages, and other front office operating statistics including preparing a summary of cash, check, and credit card activities reflecting the hotel's financial performance for the day. The night auditor posts room charges and room taxes to guest accounts including guest transactions not posted during the day by the front office cashier. The night auditor is also responsible for processing guest charge vouchers and credit card vouchers as well as verifying all account postings and balances made during the day by guest services agents. The night auditor monitors the current status of coupon, discount, and other promotional programs and is able to function as a guest services agent especially in terms of check-in and check-out procedures, running the end of day processes, and night audit processes on the property management software.
