    We are seeking an experienced hotel Assistant General Manager with a strong background  in Food & Beverage at a large full-service hotel to join our exceptional team at a competitive pay rate including benefits (Incentives, PTO, Vacation, Holiday and Health Insurance) for Full-Time associates. The Assistant General Manager manages the hotel to ensure efficient and profitable operation by performing the following duties personally or through department supervisors.  The position offers a path to General Manager for a focused hospitality Food & Beverage Director seeking the next step.  Oversees and directs all Operational areas of the hotel under the direction of the Managing Director.  Is directly responsible for the Operating Team performance in areas of Financial Goals, Brand Integrity, Online Reputation, and Associate Satisfaction.   Prior Hotel Opening experience is a plus.  Requires a minimum of 7+ years in hotel department head level management positions with upscale full-service hotels.

Knowledge of Meeting Packages, Hotel Sales Contracts is required.     At least 4 years of progressive experience in a hotel, catering facility, country club or event venue; or a 4-year college degree; or a 2-year college degree and 2 or more years of related experience.  Must be proficient in Windows, Company approved spreadsheets and word processing.  Must be able to type a minimum of 50wpm.  Position requires a flexible schedule to include evenings and weekends as required.

    We are seeking multiple dynamic market-savvy Group Rooms/Corporate Account sales managers to develop an extensive ongoing pipeline of upper-tier group contracts or ongoing utilization by key Business Transient accounts. Knowledge of CRM systems, lead sources, meeting packages & hotel sales contracts is required. Market segment focus can be on Business Transient sales or specific Group Sales segments such as Association, Government, etc.  Join our exceptional team at a competitive pay rate including benefits (Quarterly Sales Incentives, PTO, Vacation, Holiday and Health Insurance) for Full-Time associates.

    At least 4 years of progressive experience in a hotel sales environment is strongly preferred. Other prior B2B sales experience is a plus.  Must be proficient in Windows, Company approved spreadsheets and word processing. Must be able to type a minimum of 50wpm. Position requires a flexible schedule to include evenings and weekends as required for client entertainment.  Occasional travel is also required.
